Padmannabharau ( Dasu Rao) is the young & Dynamic Trainer, having 15yrs of sales and 4years of training experience. A passionate student of self development processes, Padmannabharau combines knowledge and skills he has acquired from various trainers and masters including Dr Ranganathan and Dr William Horton, with a diverse work experience in various organizations of repute such as TATA-AIG LIFE INSURANCE, ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE, ICFAI UNIVERSITY etc. While enriching himself through various learning processes, Padmannabharau saw in himself a tremendous fascination and aptitude for the training process. Thus began a journey where he started imparting his acquired skills and insights to the world at large first in in-house company platforms and then to the general public.

An innate ability to connect to people by virtue of having “been there” makes Padmannabharau, an excellent draw with youth and young executive audiences. Having extensive experience in the insurance sector as a successful trainer has also given him insight in dealing with a wide range of a client base extending from junior executive cadres to HNI sellers. He has also trained ccorporate such as HSBC,CITI FINANCIALS KARVY CONSULTANTS, Delloitte, Call Zone (India) Pvt. Ltd.,( Call Center of Insurance Domain), Wadhwa Constructions, Mumbai etc. A multi-lingual capacity enables him to conduct training sessions in English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil comfortably.

Padmannabharau is a Certified NLP TRAINER In addition to being a Post graduate in Psychology and an Associate Financial Planner in Risk Management and Insurance.
